Garmin has come up with a new smartwatch that has a hidden OLED display! The watch is essentially a hybrid one, i.e., it has analogue hands like a conventional watch but discrete display underneath. It is called Vivomove Sport smartwatch and it costs Rs. 18,990 in India. The Vivomove Sport is available in four colour variants at the moment, of which only three are initially available for purchase.

The Vivomove Sport is looks like a conventional wrist watch but has all the features and functions of regular smartwatch. It can do almost all of the basic smartwatch bits and even offers health monitoring stuff. Take a look at all the features and specs of this unique smartwatch.

The Vívomove Sport provides health awareness by monitoring respiration, Pulse Ox, stress, advanced sleep (with sleep stages), hydration logging, and 24/7 heart rate (with user-configurable alerts for high or low readings). The watch also gets Body Battery energy monitoring that shows the body's current energy level which can help with scheduling workouts, big events, and understanding when it is time to slow down. It also includes women's health features which include menstrual cycle tracking and pregnancy tracking via the Garmin Connect app. Breathwork activities guide the user through a relaxing series of breaths and holds for focus and stress relief.

Other than these, the watch also includes built-in sports apps for yoga, strength, Pilates, cardio, treadmill, cycling, and more. One can also monitor activity throughout the day with step counting, calories burned, intensity minutes, and more.

As for the smart bits, the Vivomove Sport connects to a compatible smartphone's GPS to track distance and pace during outdoor walks, runs, and bike rides. There's also something for safety and tracking — it sends a message with the user's location to their emergency contacts for peace of mind when out and about. Users can also see smart notifications for incoming calls, text messages, social media updates, and alerts. Android users can even respond to text messages.Unlike other Garmin smartwatches, the Vívomove Sport can be used with both Android or iOS smartphones.

Lastly, Garmin says that the battery life on this watch goes up to 5 days in smartwatch mode with up to an additional day in watch mode (hands only).
