Xiaomi Mi Watch Lite with 9-day battery life launched

Xiaomi has launched a new smartwatch called the ‘Mi Watch Lite'. This smartwatch looks the same as the recently launched Redmi Watch, and it also comes with the same features. Xiaomi hasn't revealed the price and availability details of the Mi Watch Lite yet.

The Mi Watch Lite has been listed on Xiaomi's global website. This means that the Mi Watch Lite is being offered as the global version of the Redmi Watch. It has a square display, and it comes in five colour options of pink, ivory, black, navy blue and olive. There's no word on the pricing of the Mi Watch Lite but it will most likely cost the same as the Redmi Watch which is priced at CNY 299 ( 3,400 approx) in China.

In terms of specs, Mi Watch Lite features a 1.4-inch LCD display with 320 x320 pixels resolution. The smartwatch has a 230mAh battery that is said to last for nine days on typical usage, and 10 hours with continuous GPS sports mode turned on. Xiaomi says the Mi Watch Lite can be fully charged in two hours.

The Mi Watch Lite supports 11 sports modes including outdoor running, cycling, trail run, swimming, and cricket. It also has health features such as heart rate monitoring, sleep monitoring, and offers breathing exercises as well.

More features on the Mi Watch Lite include notifications, weather, clock, alarm, and music control. There are over 120 watch faces and emojis to choose from on the Mi Watch Lite. The smartwatch also has 5 ATM water resistance.
