Krafton, the game's publisher has been releasing several updates regarding the launch or release date of Battlegrounds Mobile India game over the past few weeks, which has only served to increase excitement among the game's die-hard fans who have taken to social media to ask the company to finally let everyone know. With pre-registrations for Battlegrounds Mobile India in the millions, many gamers are clearly excited about the game, which is rumoured to arrive as early as this week.

So, what will it take for you, or anyone else to actually get to play Battlegrounds Mobile India game? Every game released on popular platforms usually requires a set of “minimum system requirements”. These are recommended system specifications that mention exactly how much RAM, storage and processing power is required for the game to run on a gamer's smartphone. With the Battlegrounds Mobile India launch expected in the coming days, here are the “minimum” system requirements for the game to run on Android devices.

According to the company's own Battlegrounds Mobile India Google Play Store listing states that: “Requires a stable internet connection. BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA recommended system requirements: Android 5.1.1 or above and at least 2 GB RAM memory.” While the company does not specify the minimum processor clock speed required to run the game, it looks like users whose devices have specifications greater than the above will be able to play the game.

It is interesting to note that while the original PUBG Mobile India game allows users running the older version of Android 4.3 to play the game, Battlegrounds Mobile India requires a more recent version. However, Android 5.1 which is also known as Android Lollipop, was released all the way back in 2014, so users who have access to a recently released Android phone should definitely be able to play the game.

Battlegrounds Mobile India publisher Krafton has been posting teasers of the game on social media thanking players for their support and asking them to guess the release date. According to tipster Sagar Thakur (also known as Maxtern) it looks like the game will come to Android phones as early as June 18, which means the release could be right around the corner. While Krafton has not confirmed the date, its own posters and teasers have suggested that the PUBG Mobile India successor could be released in the very near future.
