These 4K Android smart TVs can connect to ACs, fridges and more

Panasonic's newly launched Android TVs feature support for Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant both.

Today's world is all about building close connections between all the gadgets around you. The more seamless the connection and the less manually intensive it is, the better. Taking this approach to TVs is Panasonic with its new 4K Android smart TVs. Panasonic has been steadily increasing its product portfolio in India. Earlier this year, it had launched new air conditioners and today, Panasonic has announced the launch of new smart TVs in India.

Panasonic smart TV price and availability

Panasonic's new smart TVs are a part of the company's JX and JS series of 4K Android TVs and they include a total of four smart TVs. While the company's JX series includes Android TVs with model numbers JX850, JX750, JX650 and JS650, the JS series includes a single Android TV with model number JS650. These newly launched Android TVs come in screen sizes ranging between 32-inch and 65-inches.

As far as the price is concerned, the newly launched JS series 4K Android TVs starts at 25,490 in India, while the JX series 4K Android TVs start at 50,990. They are available for purchase at all Panasonic India brand stores and major retail stores across the country.

Panasonic smart TV features

Coming to the features, Panasonic's new JS and JX series of smart TVs come with a bezel-less design and wide colour gamut. The newly launched 4K Android TVs come with Super Bright Plus, Accuview Display, Wide colour gamut, Hexa Chroma Drive, Dolby Vision for display. For audio, they have a built-in home theater and Dolby Atmos.

Panasonic's JS and JX series of 4K Android TVs are powered by the company's AI-based platform called Miraie. This platform enables the newly launched smart TVs to connect with the company's other connected devices such as air conditioners and refrigerators among others. Panasonic says that with the Miraie App users can control all their Panasonic appliances like AC and Smart Doorbells on one big screen.

Apart from the above, the newly launched TVs also come with built-in support for virtual assistants including Google's Google Assistant and Amazon's Alexa. Panasonic says that its JX850 series smart TVs provide hands-free voice control to enable a seamless work-from-home experience.

Additionally, the newly launched smart TVs feature support for OTT platforms such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, ZEE5, Hotstar, YouTube, Voot, SonyLive, ALTBalaji and Eros Now among others.
