Reliance Jio offers Oppo A15 smartphone with hefty price cut; benefits worth ₹7,000 available

Apart from the price cut, Reliance Jio offer on Oppo A15 has been further sweetened with a number of additional benefits that buyers should check out.

Reliance Jio has partnered with smartphone maker Oppo to launch the Oppo A15 smartphone at a discounted price. Oppo said that as a part of this partnership, it is offering the 3GB RAM variant of the Oppo A15 smartphone at a discounted price of ₹9,999 in India after getting a price support of ₹999. As of now, the Oppo A15 sells in the country at a starting price of ₹10,490.

Apart from announcing a discount on the pricing, Oppo announced special offers for Jio subscribers who purchase its Oppo A15 smartphone. The company said that as a part of the Jio Exclusive offers, interested buyers will be able to opt for a no-cost EMI option of up to 6 months. They will also get additional benefits worth ₹7,000 on the purchase of the Oppo A15 smartphone.

Oppo also said that these offers are available to all new and existing Jio users. It also said that while customers will have the option to buy the 3GB variant of the Oppo A15 smartphone with or without Jio locking from mainline retail outlets, customers need a Jio SIM card for both data and voice services.

Oppo A15 specs

As far as the specifications are concerned, the Oppo A15 smartphone features a 6.52-inches HD+ display with a resolution of 1600x720 pixels and a screen refresh rate of 60Hz. It is powered by MediaTek's Helio P35 system-on-chip that is coupled with up to 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage space. This storage space can be expanded further using a microSD card of up to 256GB of storage space.

On the camera front, the Oppo A15 smartphone features a triple rear camera setup consisting of a 13MP primary camera, a 2MP macro sensor and a 2MP depth sensor. On the front, it has a 5MP camera for clicking selfies.

Coming to the battery, the Oppo A15 smartphone comes with a 4,230mAh battery. It runs on Android 10-based ColorOS 7.2 and it has GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, USB 2.0 and a 3.5mm jack for connectivity.
