After months of speculation, the leaks for the iPhone 14 might be coming to an end as the launch event nears. Apple has scheduled the launch event of the iPhone 14 on September 7 at the Steve Jobs Theater. Although previous reports have leaked the design of the upcoming iPhones, this recent revelation by popular leakster ShrimpApplePro might just put all the other rumours to rest.

Jon Prosser of FrontPageTech previously revealed that the new notch is expected to be in the form of a new punch hole and pill-shaped cutout, housing the front camera as well as the FaceID sensors. The non-Pro models are expected to have a similar but smaller notch than the iPhone 13 series. Just a week ago, a couple of tweets by Twitter handle duanrui1205 revealed the new design of the iPhone 14 Pro in hand. The first tweet revealed the new notch-less design of the iPhone while the second tweet showed the blue colour of the new iPhone 14.

ShrimpApplePro has further revealed the RAM information of the iPhone 14. According to the tweet, the iPhone 14 will have 6GB of RAM across all models. Last year's iPhone 13 had 4GB of RAM whereas the Pro variants had 6GB of RAM. Apple is expected to even that across the whole board.

Previous reports have already revealed that the Pro models of the iPhone 14 series are expected to have the brand new A16 Bionic chipset. Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo has said that only the iPhone 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max will get the A16 Bionic, claiming the iPhone 14 will stick with the A15 chip. Although, the A15 chip in the iPhone 14 is expected to be an improved version.
