Samsung devices also built up quite the reputation for themselves, with the Knox security built in, but Android devices in general only gained acceptance by corporates with its Android for Enterprise program.

Google started off its Pixel line nearly five years ago, but the company now wants businesses to look at their “Google phone” as work-ready. It recently launched a new site titled “Pixel for Business” to highlight the company’s special features built into the devices.

In addition to the phone’s Titan M chip, Google’s proprietary solution to ensure users data is safe and hardware backed secrets remain on the device, the company is also pitching support for three years of security and operating system updates. Google says the devices are also compatible with government and enterprise encryption and data protection standards - Common Criteria/NIAP, FIPS 140-2, and STIG.
