Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3, Z Flip 3 pre-bookings have started and those who want to buy need to fork out just ₹2,000 now.

Samsung will be hosting its second-biggest event of the year, the Galaxy Unpacked event, on August 11. The event will begin at 7:30PM IST. At the company's upcoming event, Samsung will launch the Galaxy Z Fold 3, which will succeed the Galaxy Z Fold 2 smartphone, and the Galaxy Z Flip 3 smartphone, which will succeed the Galaxy Z Flip 5G smartphone. Ahead of the upcoming Galaxy event, pre-booking for the two foldable display smartphones has gone live on Samsung's e-shop in India.

Interested buyers can pre-book the next-generation Galaxy smartphone by clicking on the Pre-Reserve button to add a pre-reserve VIP pass in their carts on the Samsung India e-shop and paying a sum of ₹2,000. Once the payment is made, customers will get a confirmation of the purchase on their registered mobile numbers in the form of a text message and their email IDs. This also indicates that when the two foldable display smartphones are launched later this month, the Korean tech giant will adjust the token money of ₹2,000 when the final payment for either of the two smartphones is made.

Moreover, Samsung India's e-shop says, ‘pre-register your next Galaxy smartphone and avail exclusive benefits' without providing too many details. The benefits that the company lists include a free Galaxy SmartTag worth ₹2,699.

Though this token amount will be a fraction of the sum that the customers will be paying for their Galaxy Z Flip 3 or their Galaxy Z Fold 3 smartphones. For your reference, the upcoming Galaxy Z Flip 3 smartphone is expected to be priced between ₹80,000 and ₹90,000. The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3, on the other hand, is expected to be priced around ₹1,49,000. These prices are in line with those in Europe.
