Motorola Edge 20, Motorola Edge 20 Fusion’s India price leaked just before launch, might start from ₹21,499

Motorola is all set to launch the Motorola Edge 20 Fusion and the Motorola Edge 20 in India next week on August 17. And just before launch, the India prices of both the devices have allegedly leaked. Going by leaked information, the Motorola Edge 20 Fusion could be priced just over ₹21,000 while the Motorola Edge 20 should be priced just under ₹30,000. The Motorola Edge 20 was launched in Europe last month and included three models - the Motorola Edge 20, the Motorola Edge 20 Pro, and the Motorola Edge 20 Lite. Only the Motorola Edge 20 and a tweaked version of the Motorola Edge 20 Lite (the Motorola Edge 20 Fusion) are going to launch in India for now.

According to tipster Debayan Roy, the Motorola Edge 20 Fusion is going to be launched in two variants in India - a 6GB/128GB version and an 8GB/128GB version. The 6GB/128GB version is being pegged to be priced at ₹21,499 and the 8GB version is being pegged at ₹23,999. The Motorola Edge 20 is expected to come in only one version - an 8GB/128GB model and should be priced at ₹29,999, according to the leak. Now, Motorola has officially not announced anything yet so it's best to not take these price tags for granted at this point.

A dedicated Flipkart page for the Motorola Edge 20 series revealed some of the key specifications on the Motorola Edge 20 Fusion. From there we've learned that the smartphone is going to come with a 10-bit AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate, it is going to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 800U SoC and have a triple camera set-up on the back. The Motorola Edge 20 Lite was launched in Europe with the MediaTek Dimensity 720 SoC instead of the 800U we'll see on the Indian version.

The Motorola Edge 20 Fusion is going to come with a 108MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and macro lens and depth sensor. On the front, there is a 32MP selfie camera housed in the center of the screen in a punch-hole cutout. The Flipkart page also revealed that the smartphone is going to come with near-stock Android 11 and business-grade security with Lenovo's TinkShield for mobile. The Motorola Edge 20 Fusion is also going to support 13 5G bands in India.
