Nubia Red Magic 6 launch date revealed

The upcoming Nubia Red Magic 6 is expected to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 888 processor and come with a 144Hz screen refresh rate.

Nubia is gearing to launch a new smartphone next month. The company today confirmed that it will launch its gaming device, the Nubia Red Magic 6, in China on March 4.

The news comes as a courtesy of ZTE's President of Mobile Devices Ni Fei (via GizChina) who took to his official Weibo handle to confirm the launch date of the phone. The ZTE executive also shared a poster of the upcoming Nubia Red Magic 6 smartphone that confirms a number of details pertaining to the launch.

For instance, we know that the phone will launch at 7PM as per China time. He also said that the phone will arrive with four fast technologies. While he didn't mention what those technologies could be, it isn't hard to guess that those features could be a fast processor, fast charging technology, faster cooling technology and a fast screen refresh rate.

As far as the features are concerned, reports in the past have detailed what we should expect from the Nubia Red Magic 6. The phone is tipped to come with a full HD display with a 1080p resolution. It is likely to come with a 144Hz screen refresh rate. Reports have also detailed that Nubia's upcoming smartphone is expected to be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 888 processor.

In addition to that, the phone is expected to come with a 4,500mAh battery along with 66W fast charging technology. It is expected to feature support for a 120W charger.
