Oppo to launch another premium smartphone in India soon
Oppo will be launching its Find X2 series in India on June 17.
Oppo recently launched the Reno 4 series smartphones in China. At the time of launch, the company had said that it would launch the Reno 4 series smartphones, consisting of the Oppo Reno 4 and the Oppo Reno 4 in India ‘with multiple localized features to cater to the changing needs of Indian consumers' soon. Now, word is that the company is planning to launch a premium smartphone in India soon.
The news comes as a courtesy of Oppo vice president and head of India R&D Tasleem Arif who took to Twitter to share the news. “Grapevine is rife and quite rightfully so! Rejoice over the successful launch of @OPPO Reno4 Pro, but stay tuned for another premium 'sensation' that'll export you to the world of infinite possibilities!,” the Oppo executive wrote in a rather cryptic post on the micro-blogging platform.

The Oppo executive, however, did not reveal which premium smartphone the company was planning to launch in India. As mentioned before, Oppo is already planning to launch the Reno 4 series in India. However, the company hasn't revealed the launch date for its newly introduced smartphone series yet. In addition to this, Oppo also launched the Ace 2 smartphone back in April. So it is possible that the company is planning to bring the same in India. But in the absence of any clue, it's hard to say anything at the moment.
Separately, Oppo is also planning to launch the Find X2 series in India. The company had unveiled the phone globally back in March. Now, it is planning to launch the phone in India via an online event on June 17.
