Poco F3 GT colour variants and designs teased; check out Predator Black and Gunmetal Silver
After teasing the design and frame of its upcoming Poco F3 GT smartphone last week, Xiaomi sub-brand POCO has now announced the two colour variants that will be available for purchase. The device, which is expected to be a rebranded version of the Redmi K40 Gaming Edition smartphone that was launched in China, could arrive this month or in August, according to reports. In the meanwhile, the company has been posting teasers about the phone on its Twitter channel, the latest revealing the upcoming colour options of the upcoming device.
Last week, Poco had revealed on Twitter that the Poco F3 GT would feature an aerospace-grade aluminium alloy frame. The company also stated that the metal frame would feature three levels of bezels (radial concave and square) in order to make the phone more ergonomic to use. On Tuesday, the company announced that the upcoming Poco F3 GT will be launched in Predator Black and Gunmetal Silver colour options when it is launched in the country.

Poco F3 GT rumoured price in India
Xiaomi’s sub-brand Poco has not even revealed the date that the device is expected to launch in the country, but it is expected to arrive later this month. The Poco F3 GT is, however, expected to come with the same specifications as the Redmi K40 Gaming Edition. While that phone was never launched in India, it cost CNY 1,999 (or approximately ₹23,050) when it was released. It is possible that the Poco F3 GT could be priced in the same range when it is launched here.
Poco F3 GT rumoured specifications
The Poco F3 GT is expected to feature the MediaTek Dimensity 1200 chipset, the popular new flagship-grade chipset that has appeared on phones like Realme X7 Max 5G and the Oppo Reno 6 Pro 5G smartphones. The phone is expected to sport similar specs to the Redmi K40 Gaming Edition, which means it could come with a 6.67-inch FHD OLED display that refreshes at 120Hz with support for displaying HDR10+ content. The processor could also be paired with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, and a fingerprint sensor mounted on the power button. It could ship with a 5,065mAh battery with charging support of up to 67W. On the camera front, the upcoming Poco F3 GT could come with a 16MP selfie shooter on the front, and a triple camera setup on the rear side comprised of a 64MP main sensor, an 8MP wide-angle lens and a 2MP macro lens.
