Poco M4 Pro 5G vs Redmi Note 11T 5G! Both these phones are based on the Chinese Redmi Note 11 5G! And both are selling for similar prices in India. Then which one should you pick? Other than the design, both of these phones are essentially the same. The Poco with a lower RAM and storage variant starts at a lower price, thereby making it the most affordable smartphone with a Dimensity 810 chip.

The Redmi Note 11T 5G, on the other hand, comes as standard with 6GB RAM on the base model and hence, is more expensive than its predecessor. We had reviewed the phone last November and were left impressed with the overall package. For an affordable 5G phone, it does a lot of things right. However, it isn't as nice as the Redmi Note 11 and Note 11S 4G models that launched just a few weeks ago.

-Both the Poco and Redmi have the same 6.6-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of Full HD+, a variable refresh rate of up to 90Hz, and DCI-P3 colour gamut. Both have the camera cutout right in the center.

-The Dimensity 810 powers both these phones. This is a fairly capable entry-level chip that supports 5G connectivity and can do some decent quality of gaming as well.

-Both ship with Android 11 out of the box. While Redmi offers the standard MIUI 12.5 interface with lesser pre-loaded apps, Poco offers its customised Poco Launcher on top with a different icon pack and more bloatware.

-A 5000mAh battery services both the Poco M4 Pro 5G and Redmi Note 11T 5G. The 33W charger does a 0-100 percent refill in just around an hour. We expect the same case to be with the Poco M4 Pro 5G.

- Another common factor is the camera setup. A 50MP main camera along with an 8MP ultra-wide camera sits on the rear, performing decently in daylight. The 16MP front camera takes care of selfies and video calls.

- Both phones feature a dedicated stereo speaker setup along with a 3.5mm headphone jack.

The 6GB/128GB variant costs Rs. 16,999 while the 8GB/128GB variant costs Rs. 18,999. The Redmi Note 11T 5G starts at Rs. 16,999 for the 6GB/64GB variant but is Rs. 1,000 more expensive than the Poco for the other two storage variants.
