Realme 9i leak confirms big battery, Realme 9 Pro+ to get very fast charging

Realme 9i leaks suggest the presence of a big 4880 mAh battery whereas the Realme 9 Pro+ could get 65W fast charging.

Realme 9 series leaks are available in abundance on the Internet and the latest addition to the lot is regarding the battery size. This time, the information concerns the Realme 9i and Realme 9 Pro+. A new leak has come up with more information regarding the battery capacity and charging speeds of two of the four Realme 9 series models. 

Coming from My SmartPrice, the leak suggests that the Realme 9i is likely to feature a battery capacity of 4880mAh, which could be rounded-up to 5000mAh in the marketing materials. Accompanying this battery will be a 33W wired charging system, suggests the CQC listings.

While the Realme 9i battery and charging details are not much different from previous Realme phones, it is the more well-equipped Realme 9 Pro+ that is expected to get Realme's fastest 65W wired charging. There is no information on the battery capacity though. There are also no details on the battery and charging details of the Realme 9 and Realme 9 Pro. 

Based on the gathered data from previous leaks, we have a fair idea about the Realme 9i. The Realme 9i is expected to be the more affordable model in the Realme 9 series. The phone is expected to be based on the Snapdragon 680G chipset and will be accompanied by 8GB RAM. 

The phone is also expected to feature a 6.5-inch Full HD+ display with a refresh rate of 90Hz. This could be an LCD display given that Realme usually reserves the AMOLED panel for the standard and Pro models. The main rear camera is expected to get a 50MP sensor, although details about the other cameras are still unknown.

The Realme 9 Pro+ is expected to get a similar 50MP camera on the back and a 16MP selfie camera. However, no other details about the 9 Pro+ have been known yet. Rumours suggest that the Realme 9 Pro+ could end up getting a high performance Snapdragon 870 or an equivalent MediaTek Dimensity chip.
