Realme C11 could get an upgrade soon with a 2021 variant.

Realme is expected to launch a 2021 variant of its budget C11 smartphone. Realme C11 launched only last year, and its successor Realme C12 has also made its debut. But it looks like Realme C11 will get another upgrade soon.

Realme C11 2021 has been spotted on the FCC website, according to tipster Mukul Sharma. It was previously spotted on BIS with the model number RMX3231, and was later found to be “Realme C11 2021” on the NBTC certification site. The FCC listing reveals that Realme C11 2021 will pack a 5,000mAh battery, and run Android 11 out-of-the-box. The smartphone is also seen with a notched display.

In comparison to the Realme C11 launched last year, there isn’t any upgrade except for the software. Realme C11 launched with Realme UI based on Android 10. The smartphone is priced at 6,999, and it comes with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of onboard storage. It has two colour options of green and grey.

In terms of specs, Realme C11 features a 6.5-inch HD+ display with a notch on top. The smartphone is powered by MediaTek’s Helio G35 octa-core processor. It packs a 5,000mAh battery with 10W charging speed. Realme says the phone can deliver up to 12.1 hours of gaming backup. The smartphone also has a microSD card slot for storage expansion up to 256GB.

Realme C11 sports a dual-camera se

tup at the rear with a 13-megapixel and 2-megapixel sensor. It has an LED flash, and features like chrome boost, portrait mode and slow-motion video. There’s a 5-megapixel sensor up front for selfies. Its connectivity options include a micro USB port, 3.5mm headphone jack, Bluetooth 5.0 and 4G VoLTE. The smartphone doesn’t have a fingerprint sensor but it has a face unlock system.
