Samsung Galaxy A20, Galaxy A20s get Android 10 update, April 2020 security patch
Good news for Samsung Galaxy A20 and Galaxy A20s users.
Even as Android 11 is just around the corner, smartphone companies are still in the process of rolling Android 10 update to users. The latest is Samsung which has begun rolling out Android 10 update for its Galaxy A20 and A20s users. The update essentially brings Samsung's custom OneUI 2.0.
According to XDA Developers, Samsung is rolling out the update to Galaxy A20 and A20s users in countries such as Russia, Vietnam, Chile, and Philippines. The update should be available in other markets as well in the coming days.
The latest Android 10-based OneUI 2.0 brings a bunch of new features. Notably, it has system-wide dark mode, Digital Wellbeing tools with newer parental controls, and other interface tweaks. The update also brings new navigation gestures. Other key features of the new update include one-hand mode, revamped icons, and new navigation features among others. With the latest update, users will get April 2020 security patches as well.

A quick recap of Samsung Galaxy A20s. The phone had launched in India in October last year. With price starting at ₹11,999, Samsung Galaxy A20s has up to 4GB of RAM and up to 64GB storage. The phone comes with a 6.5-inch HD+ Infinity V Display. It runs on Exynos 7884 octa-core processor.
On the back it has three rear cameras - 13-megapixel primary sensor, 5-megapixel depth sensor and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide angle lens. Galaxy A20s has an 8-megapixel camera up front for selfies. It's powered by a 4,000mAh battery.
