Samsung Galaxy M12 to go on sale in India today

Samsung's new Galaxy M phone, Galaxy M12 will go on sale today in India. The smartphone was available first for Amazon Prime members on March 17. It will now be available to purchase for everyone in India.

The Galaxy M12 sale is scheduled to take place today at 12 pm via Amazon India and Samsung.com. The smartphone is priced at ₹10,999 for the base model with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. Galaxy M12 also comes with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage, and this variant is priced at ₹13,499. ICICI Bank customers can avail a ₹1,000 cashback on purchasing the Galaxy M12.

The smartphone has three colour options of Attractive Black, Elegant Blue, and Trendy Emerald Green. In terms of specs, Galaxy M12 features a 6.5-inch HD+ Infinity-V display with a 90Hz refresh rate. It is powered by an Exynos 850 octa-core processor, and supports expandable storage up to 1TB via a microSD card. On the software front, Galaxy M12 runs One UI 3.1 based on Android 11.

In the photography department, Galaxy M12 features a quad-camera setup with a 48-megapixel primary sensor, a 5-megapixel ultra wide angle lens, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. It has an 8-megapixel front camera for selfies.

Galaxy M12 packs a massive 6,000mAh battery with support for 15W fast charging. It also has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, 3.5mm headphone jack, and a USB Type-C port. Its connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth 5.0.
