Samsung Galaxy Note 20 series is scheduled to launch in the second quarter of 2020. Ahead of the official launch, the upcoming smartphone has been spotted in numerous leaks. Now, a new report says that the phone could sport 16GB of RAM.

According to a report by Sam Mobile, SSCC CEO Ross Young in a Q&A recently said that the Galaxy Note 20 series could come with 16GB of RAM. If this is true, both the models in the Galaxy Note 20 series, that is, the Galaxy Note 20 and the Galaxy Note 20+ could come with the aforementioned RAM capacity.

The report, however, notes that it remains uncertain if Samsung would ship 16GB RAM with only the 5G variant of the Galaxy Note 20 series or if it will also be available in the LTE variant of the device.

Separately, reports in the past have hinted that the Galaxy Note 20 series smartphones could run on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor and come with a display sporting a refresh rate of 120Hz. Additionally, reports hint that the Galaxy Note 20 could come with a bigger battery than its predecessor. While the Galaxy Note 20 is said to come with a 4,000mAh battery, the Plus version of the device could get an even bigger 4,500mAh battery. Other features include Android 10 out-of-the-box and a rectangular camera setup at the back.
