Samsung Galaxy S20 Fan Edition key details revealed ahead of the official launch

Samsung will host another Galaxy Unpacked event tomorrow to unveil the Galaxy 20 Fan Edition. Ahead of the official launch, Samsung Galaxy S20 FE has made multiple appearances courtesy some credible leaks. Now, a leaked Galaxy S20 FE teaser has surfaced online. The teaser focuses on the camera and other key features.

The teaser reveals Samsung Galaxy S20 FE comes with 30x zoom, Night Mode and Single Take AI mode. It also reveals the phone has a 4,500mAh battery with fast charging support. The Galaxy S20 FE will also feature an expandable storage slot to accommodate more multimedia on the phone. It will also have 5G connectivity.

Apart from the leaked teaser video, leakster Evleaks has posted official renders of cases for the Galaxy S20 Fan Edition. One of the cases comes with a kickstand which allows users to set the phone at different angles. There is also a familiar S-View Flip Cover which lets you access the always-on display, letting users interact with notifications including calls.

Samsung Galaxy S20 FE is said to come with a 6.5-inch display with 120Hz refresh rate. It has a 32-megapixel selfie camera housed in a punch-hole display on the front. The display also supports fingerprint sensor.

The Fan Edition is said to be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 865 processor. Samsung will offer both 5G and LTE versions of the phone. The LTE variant is likely to run on in-house Exynos 990 processor. The chipset will be coupled with 6GB of RAM and a 4,500mAh battery.

Other known features of the phone include USB Type-C port, 3.5mm headphone jack, and OneUI 2.5. In the photography department, the phone is said to offer as many as three sensors, rumoured to be a combination of 12-megapixel, 12-megapixel and 8-megapixel sensors.
