Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 5G, Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G spotted on TENAA
Expected specs of the rumoured Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 5G and Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G have been revealed on TENAA.
Xiaomi is reportedly planning to launch new Redmi Note 9 models with high-end specs and features. Two Redmi Note 9 smartphones have now been spotted on TENAA and both come with 5G support. Xiaomi is expected to launch three new Redmi Note 9 smartphones in total.
According to the TENAA listing, a Xiaomi smartphone with the model number M2007J22C is said to be Redmi Note 9 5G. This phone has been listed with a 6.53-inch Full HD+ display, and a 2.4GHz chipset which could be MediaTek's Dimensity 800U. The smartphone comes in three storage options of 4GB+64GB, 6GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB.
Redmi Note 9 5G also has a 5,000mAh battery. The smartphone has been listed with a 48-megapixel primary sensor, and a 13-megapixel selfie camera. It will be a punch-hole display on this phone.
As for the Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G, this phone has the model number M2007J17C. It could be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 750G chipset with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The smartphone is also listed with a 108-megapixel camera confirming past leaks. There's a 16-megapixel selfie camera up front. Colour options for the Redmi Note 9 5G and Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G include black, red, blue, pink, white, green, purple and silver.
Xiaomi is expected to launch the new Redmi Note 9 5G smartphones this month. There's no official word on the upcoming phones yet. Based on Xiaomi's product launch timeline we would be seeing the Redmi Note 10 series soon but leaks have so far indicated upgraded Redmi Note 9 models.
