Xiaomi rumoured to be working on Mi 10 Pro+ with 108MP camera, 65W charging tech and more

It may feature the much-hyped 108-megapixel sensor at the back. However, what’s different is that the handset may feature a telephoto lens with 12x optical zoom.

Xiaomi, a few days ago, introduced its Mi 10 flagship smartphone in India with high-end features and specs. However, there is another variant of it that many might not be knowing about - Mi 10 Pro+. The device is not official but is a mere rumour for now. However, some reports, citing information coming from Wiebo, have talked about a couple of features that one can expect from the high-performing, upcoming handset.

The first piece of information suggests the obvious - inclusion of Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor. It is there in the Mi 10 as well. It may also feature the much-hyped 108-megapixel sensor at the back. However, what's different is that the handset may feature a telephoto lens as well that may support 12x optical zoom. The microblogging website added that the handset could also be backed by a battery that supports 65W charging. If tue, this will become one of the few handsets to feature this. What's interesting is that it is also said to have a 40W wireless charging.

Another rumour revolting around the Mi 10 Pro+ is the inclusion of a 120Hz refresh rate and a massive 16GB RAM.

All said, the smartphone is still not confirmed and there are no announcements or a teaser by the company yet. So, the information should be taken with a pinch of salt.

A separate report suggested that Xiaomi is making another smartphone with 108-megapixel camera and 120x digital zoom via a camera setup that features a periscope lens. However, the sensor used in this one could be different that is codenamed HM2.
