The initial public offering (IPO) of Rategain Travel Technologies was booked 17.41 times over the offered shares during the three days of its subscription period between December 7 to 9, 2021. The company has received subscriptions over 30.20 crore rupees against its 1.73 crore (1,73,51,146) shares. Now, all those investors who have invested large sums of money would be interested in knowing the Rategain Travel IPO share allotment status date. Rategain Travel intended to mop ₹1,335 crore through its public issue. The Rategain Travel IPO price range was set at ₹405- ₹425. The share reserved for non-institutional buyers — like companies and high networth individuals was subscribed over 42.04 times. However, the shares allocated for the qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) was subscribed 8.42 times, and that of retail individual investors (RIIs) was booked 8.08 times. Separately, issue reserved for the employees' segment was booked 1.37 times, the NSE data showed.

Rategain Travel IPO GMP was at hovering around ₹36 on December 13 even as it was ruling at around ₹45 before that , according to market analysts. The company's listing is likely to take place on the stock exchange on December 17.

Investors will need to select RATEGAIN TRAVEL TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED from the dropbox and submit the required information like their Application No. or DPID/Client ID or PAN, to view their allotment status.

 

2. The RATEGAIN TRAVEL TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED will also be uploaded on the website of the BSE https://www.bseindia.com/investors/appli_check.aspx. Here, investors will need to select Equity in Issue Type, then select RATEGAIN TRAVEL TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED from the drop-down list and enter their Application Number and PAN Number to view their status.
