Flipkart Big Shopping Days: Big price drop for Google Pixel 2, other top deals

Discounts and offers on products like Google Home smart speakers, Microsoft Xbox and Sony PlayStation consoles will be available during this sale.

Flipkart's 'Big Shopping Days' sale from May 13 to 16 is likely to see meaty offers and substantial discounts being offered on various products ranging from gadgets to footwear, clothing and home appliances.

Among these are a few sweet deals on smartphones, some of which have been revealed prior to the sale.

In addition to discounted prices, Flipkart is offering additional 10% discount to HDFC debit and credit card holders. This discount is applicable on EMI transactions as well. Flipkart has offered a sneak peek on major price drops pertaining to two smartphones - the Google Pixel 2 and Samsung Galaxy On Nxt.

The Google Pixel 2, originally priced at ₹61,000, will be available for ₹34,999. Samsung's Galaxy On Nxt will be available at ₹10,900, a steep climbdown from its retail price of ₹17,900. So far, Flipkart has revealed the sale prices of just two smartphones while teasing the possible prices of other products.

Users can avail up to ₹37,000 off on laptops, and 50-75% off on headphones. Bluetooth speakers will be available under ₹999 while wireless soundbars will start at ₹9,999. Apple's iPad Pro 64GB, priced at ₹49,900, will be available within the ₹30,000 price bracket. Google Chromecast will be available at a discount, although its sale price hasn't been revealed yet. Its original price is ₹3,399.

Flipkart will also offer discounts on newly launched products like Apple Watch Series 3 Cellular and Google Home smart speakers. Xiaomi's Mi Band 2 will also get a price drop from its retail price of ₹1,799. On the gaming front, the Microsoft Xbox One S 1TB will be available at ₹24,990 with exchange offers and no-cost EMI. It originally retails at ₹24,990.

The Xbox One X range will begin from ₹30,000, while the sale price of Sony PlayStation 4 Slim 500GB/1TB has been teased as ₹2X,990. The Sony PlayStation 4 Pro, on the other hand, will cost around ₹40,000.
