JioFiber services are down for many users across the country and exasperated users have been tweeting to JioCare asking them to fix it. As per the complaints, the service suffered an outage around 3:30PM.

“Some of our JioFiber customers experienced service issues in certain cities in North India. Other Jio customers across India continue to avail our services. We regret the inconvenience faced by our valued customers in some areas," a Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd spokesperson said.

Earlier, Down Detector shows a sharp spike in reports around 4 to 5PM and as per the live outage map, JioFiber users in Delhi, Jaipur, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Bengaluru have been facing issues. Adjoining areas have also been facing issues as well.

Many users are complaining about the blinking red light on the Jio router and also not being able to connect to JioCare through the phone.

Jio has acknowledged the issue through responses tweeted from the JioCare handle, but all their responses are the same -

“We are currently experiencing temporary issue with data services at your location. Rest assured, our team is tirelessly working to restore the services asap. Appreciate your patience…” this is followed by JioCare asking users to DM their Jio number and JioFibe ID to be able to assist them further.
