Motorola looks to steal OnePlus TV’s thunder with its first smart TV: Check price, features
Motorola TV debuts in India. Here’s everything you need to know.
Motorola in partnership with Flipkart on Monday launched its first smart TV series in India. Motorola TVs will be available during Flipkart's Big Billion Days sale later this month. The new smart TVs run on Android 9.0 TVs and come in different screen sizes and resolutions.
The 4K models of Motorola TV come with Dolby Vision with HDR 10 along with 1.07 billion colours and IPS panel. Motorola TVs also come with a MEMC technology which enables higher screen refresh rate and better motion, deemed suitable for gaming and other fast moving video content. The premium models come with an AmphiSoundX along with 30W speaker with DTS TruSurround Sound.
Motorola TVs are available at a starting price of ₹13,999 for the 32-inch HD ready model. The 43-inch full HD TV is priced at ₹24,999 whereas the UHD model is priced at ₹29,999. The 50-inch UHD model is priced at ₹33,999. The 55-inch UHD model will be available for ₹39,999. The top-end model has a 65-inch UHD panel and is priced at ₹64,999.
Motorola TV 32-inch: The TV comes with HD ready 32-inch display with LG IPS panel. It has a gaming controller insider. Other key features include 20W speaker output, Mali-470 MP3, quad-core processor, 1GB RAM and 8GB ROM. Price: ₹13,999
Motorola TV 43-inch: The TV has a full HD 43-inch LG IPS display. It also has a gaming controller insider. Other key specifications include 20W speaker output, Mali-470 MP3, quad-core processor, 1GB RAM and 8GB ROM. Price: ₹24,999

There's also a UHD model with 43-inch screen. While it also has the same LG IPS panel, it's also supported by Dolby Vision HDR 10. Key specifications include 20W speaker output, Mali-450, quad-core processor, 2.2GB RAM and 16GB ROM. The TV also has the MEMC technology for better video experience. Price: ₹29,999
Motorola TV 50-inch: The UHD TV comes with Dolby Vision HDR 10 but with Innolux panel. The speaker output has been increased to 30W and runs Mali-450 GPU, and quad-core processor. Other features include MEMC, Dolby Audio DTS Trussuround, 2.2GB RAM and 16GB storage. Price: ₹33,999
Motorola TV 55-inch: Another UHD model but with 55-inch screen size and LG IPS panel, it has the same specs as the 50-inch model -- 30W speaker, Mali-450 GPU, quad-core processor, MEMC, 2.2GB RAM and 16GB storage. Price: ₹39,999
Motorola TV 65-inch: The most premium model has UHD display with Dolby Vision HDR 10 support. It has LG IPS panel. The smart TV also comes with 30W speaker, Mali-450 GPU, quad-core processor, MEMC, 2.2GB RAM and 16GB storage. Price: ₹64,999
Motorola's first smart TVs come ahead of OnePlus TV launch in India. OnePlus' smart TV is set to be Amazon exclusive in India. OnePlus TV will come with as many as eight speakers with 50W sound output. OnePlus' first smart TV will have 4K 55-inch QLED panel along with Gamma Color processor for better visual experience. OnePlus is also bundling a smart TV remote with dedicated Google Assistant buttons. The smart TV remote also has a physical volume slider on the right edge and USB port at the base.
