Xiaom’s new sub-brand ‘Poco’ made its debut in India today. Poco by Xiaomi introduced the first product from the sub-brand called the Poco F1.Poco F1 comes in three colour options of ‘Steel Blue’, ‘Graphite Black’, and ‘Rosso Red’. There’s also a special ‘Armoured’ edition of Poco F1 with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage which is priced at ₹29,999. Poco F1 features a 6.18-inch Full HD+ display with 2.5D Gorilla Glass protection on top. Under the hood of the smartphone runs Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 845 processor with storage expansion up to 256GB. For photography, Poco F1 sports a dual-camera setup of 12-megapixel and 5-megapixel sensors. There’s also a 20-megapixel selfie camera up front.On the software front, Poco F1 runs Android 8.1 Oreo with a customised MIUI for Poco. The company has also promised Android Pie update for Poco F1 by Q4 this year. Connectivity options on Poco F1 include dual SIM, dual 4G VoLTE, USB Type-C port and a 3.5mm audio jack.
