Samsung Galaxy A10, Galaxy A20, Galaxy A30 receive price cuts
Samsung has cut prices of three of its new Galaxy A series smartphones. The new prices are live online and for offline sales as well.
Samsung's revamped Galaxy A series received its first price cut by up to ₹1,500. Galaxy A10, Galaxy A20 and Galaxy A30 smartphones are now available with price cuts. Galaxy A10 and Galaxy A30 smartphones were launched in February, while Galaxy A20 arrived last month.
The new prices of these Galaxy A series are live on Samsung's e-store and Amazon India as well. Galaxy A10 which launched at ₹8,490 is now available at ₹7,990. Galaxy A20 has a flat ₹1,000 price cut from ₹12,490 to ₹11,490.
Lastly, Galaxy A30 which retailed at ₹16,990 can now be purchased for ₹15,490. The new prices are applicable for offline sales as well, according to Mumbai based retailer, Mahesh Telecom.
The mid-range Galaxy A50 and Galaxy A70 smartphones haven't received price cuts as yet. Galaxy A50 is priced at ₹22,990, while the recently launched Galaxy A70 retails at ₹28,990. Samsung will launch another Galaxy A series phone in India later this month - Galaxy A80.
Samsung revamped its Galaxy A series earlier this year with plans of launching phones from the budget segment and up to ₹50,000.
Galaxy A10, Galaxy A30 specifications
Galaxy A10 comes with a 6.2-inch HD+ Infinity V display, 13-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel selfie camera. The smartphone is fuelled by a 3,400mAh battery.
Galaxy A30 has a bigger 6.4-inch FHD+ Infinity U display, and is powered by an octa-core processor. It has dual 16-megapixel and 5-megapixel rear cameras, and a 16-megapixel front camera. Galaxy A30 packs a 4,000mAh battery.
Galaxy A20 specifications
Galaxy A20 has a 6.24-inch HD+ Infinity V display, and runs on Android 9 Pie with One UI layered on top. The smartphone is powered by Exynos 7884 processor with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of built-in storage. There's a dual-camera setup of 13-megapixel and 5-megapixel sensors. It comes with a 4,000mAh battery along with USB Type-C port for charging.
