Xiaomi's Mi Power Bank 3 offers a charging output of 18W.
Xiaomi has launched a new power bank with a battery capacity of 30,000mAh, its biggest so far. Mi Power Bank 3 has been made official in China with no word yet on launching it in other markets.
Mi Power Bank 3 is priced at CNY 170 which translates to roughly ₹1,800. Xiaomi will start selling the power bank in China from June 18 via JD.com. Xiaomi is expected to bring the Mi Power Bank 3 to other markets including India soon.
The power bank is great for charging big battery phones like the Mi 10 which has a 4,780mAh battery that can be charged around 4.5 times. It's even better for low battery capacity phones like the iPhone SE with its 1,821mAh battery that can be charged over 10 times.
Mi Power Bank 3 comes in just one white colour with two USB-A ports, one Type-C port and one microUSB port. The Mi Power Bank 3 is equipped to offer 18W output from the USB-A ports and the Type-C port. It also supports up to 24W charging for the power bank via the Type-C port. With the microUSB port, charging power is up to 18W.
The Mi Power Bank 3 also has a low-current mode for charging gadgets like smartwatches and Bluetooth headphones. The power button needs to be tapped twice to switch on to this mode.
Xiaomi currently sells its 10,000mAh and 20,000mAh power banks in India which start at ₹799.
