In case, you are one of the affected users, all your need to do is to follow these steps to update the Watch Series 5, SE right away:

Step 1: Open ‘Watch' app.

Step 2: Tap on ‘General' option.

Step 3: Tap on ‘Software Update'.

Step 4: When you see the update, download and install it.

It is worth adding that during the installation, the Watch should have 50% or more battery and should be kept on the charger.

If you want to check if your watch is facing this issue or not, you can simply place it on the charger and wait for at least half an hour. If the device fails to begin charging, it means that the device is affected.

The Watch Series 5 was launched in September 2019, alongside the iPhone 11 series. However, it was discontinued a year later with the arrival of Apple Watch Series 6. Last year, the company also launched its more affordable Apple Watch SE.
