Apple iPhone 13 launch: Apple will be hosting its annual fall event on September 14 when it will launch the iPhone 13 series smartphones consisting of iPhone 13, iPhone 13 Pro, iPhone 13 Pro Max and of course, iPhone 13 Mini. In addition to iPhone 13 series, Apple will also launch the Apple Watch Series 7 smartwatches at its upcoming. Now, a new report has shared more details about the availability of the upcoming Apple Watch Series 7.
Earlier this month, separate reports from Nikkei and Bloomberg had suggested that there were manufacturing issues that were plaguing Apple Watch Series 7, which could lead to this smartwatch being released later than expected. The two reports had also suggested that despite a later launch date, Apple could showcase the Watch Series 7 at its September 14 launch event.

Now, noted Apple analyst Ming Chi Kuo in his latest investor note has said that Apple has finally overcome all its production challenges and that it will start the mass production of the Apple Watch Series 7 somewhere between mid to late September. The Apple Watch Series 7 will be launched late in September -- a timeline that is in line with older reports.
Kuo said that Apple Watch Series 7 had to go through more production processes compared to last year's Apple Watch Series 7 owing to a dramatically different design, which includes flat edges, OLED display and LIPO molding process. He said that the new more durable display panel uses a contact design instead of the old cable design. It also uses the LIPO process for the first time.
All these changes in the display required new suppliers like LG Display, Young Poong, and Jabil to come on board, which in turn could have contributed to delays. The good news is that Apple has reportedly resolved all issues and now Jabil is expected to start manufacturing the Apple Watch Series 7 panels in mid-September.
As far as the details are concerned, the Apple Watch Series 7 is expected to come in 41mm and 45mm size variants. Apart from this, we also know that the Apple Watch Series 7 is expected to come with a larger battery, thinner bezels, and flat side that looks like the Apple iPhone 12. Beyond this, Apple's upcoming Watch Series 7 remains a mystery as of now.
