Oppo Enco X to launch in India on January 18

Joining the Reno 5 Pro 5G smartphone will be Oppo's TWS, Enco X on January 18 in India.

Oppo today announced it will launch the Enco X wireless earbuds in India on January 18. The AirPods Pro-like wireless earbuds launched last October and it will make its India debut alongside the Reno 5 Pro 5G smartphone.

Oppo partnered with Danish HiFi brand Dynaudio to develop the Enco X. It also features the company's new DBEE 3.0 Sound System technology. The wireless earbuds come with active noise cancellation, and offer a transparency mode as well. Enco X looks like the AirPods Pro with smaller stems, and it comes in two colour options of black and white.

Oppo Enco X is claimed to last for up to 25 hours on a single charge without any noise cancellation. With ANC turned on, the earbuds can go on for up to 5.5 hours and 20 hours with Max Noise Cancellation mode. Enco X also has support for Qi wireless charging. The wireless earbuds feature Bluetooth 5.2 for connectivity, and it's compatible with Android and iOS.

The wireless earbuds are IP54 rated for dust and water resistance. It has touch controls for volume control, noise cancellation, music playback and calls. Each earbud can also be used independently.

With the Enco X, Oppo will be expanding its growing lineup of TWS. It already has the Enco W51, W31, W11 and Enco Free Oppo launched the Enco X last October along with a bunch of IoT products. The TWS is priced at CNY 999 ( 11,000 approx) in China, and it's expected to cost around the same in India.
