Poco's wireless earbuds will be called ‘Poco Pop Buds’
Poco conducted a poll to choose the name for its first audio product.
Poco's first wireless earbuds are expected to launch in India soon. The company has been teasing its launch and even started a poll for the product's name. The voting is over and Poco is going for the name chosen by fans.
Poco's general manager C Manmohan shared the poll yesterday listing four options for the name of its wireless earbuds. These include ‘Poco Move Buds', ‘Poco Klip Buds', ‘Poco Pop Buds' and ‘Poco Funkz'. Of the four, Poco Pop Buds managed to get the highest number of votes. There was some competition between Poco Move Buds and Poco Funkz but the winner was pretty clear.
Hey POCO fans, couple of weeks ago we asked you which product we should bring next and you chose TWS (Earbuds). We're happy to announce that we're a step closer in making it a reality & we want your help in choosing a name for it. Vote and let's know what we should call it.

The launch date for Poco's wireless earbuds is yet to be announced. There aren't any details known about the wireless earbuds either. Poco confirmed it is working on wireless earbuds last month. Manmohan had also announced that among products including headphones, fitness wearable and gamepad, TWS earphones received the highest votes of 38.2%.
Poco's wireless earbuds are expected to compete with the Realme Buds Air when they launch in India. Realme Buds Air is priced at ₹3,999, and it features an Apple AirPods-inspired design. It's interesting to see how the Poco Pop Buds will be another AirPods copy or offer a new design. Xiaomi also recently launched its Mi True Wireless earphones which retail at ₹3,999.
