Samsung's upcoming Galaxy Buds Pro earbuds have been leaked several times in the past few weeks. These are said to come alongside the Galaxy S21 flagship smartphone series in January. However, some new details have popped up about Galaxy Buds Pro's battery performance. According to the tipster Ishan Agarwal, via 91Mobiles, the Galaxy Buds Pro, along with the battery inside the case, will reportedly deliver a total of 28 hours of playback.

If you compare this rumoured battery performance, it is at par with Apple's AirPods Pro. The AirPods Pro, along with the wireless charging case, is claimed to deliver more than 24 hours of listening time. Without the case, the AirPods Pro is said to deliver up to 4.5 hours of listening time and up to five hours with active noise cancellation and transparency mode switched off.

If you compare it with Samsung's own earbuds, then these are comparatively better than Galaxy Buds Live, which deliver around 21 hours of listening time. According to a previous leak, it has been hinted that the Buds Pro may last up to eight hours before you reach for the case.

The tipster added that Galaxy Buds Pro may also include the active noise cancellation tech, along with dual connection support, 11mm bass drivers and 6.5 mm tweeters.

More recently, it has pointed out that the earbuds may also feature AirPods Pro-style ‘Spatial Audio' tech for videos.

Leaked in Samsung's Galaxy Wearable app (via 9to5 Google), which the company uses to control several connected smartwatches and earbuds, the feature is said to come alongside an equalizer with several presets, customizable touch controls, ability to read notifications aloud and using the “Find My Earbuds” option. In addition, there is a section for noise cancellation that is slightly different from what is seen in Galaxy Buds Live.
