Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro wireless earbuds India price and sale dates announced

Samsung has just launched its Galaxy S21 flagship smartphone series in India, along with the Galaxy Buds Pro and the Galaxy SmartTag. Today it has announced the price of the Galaxy Buds Pro as ₹15,990. You can pre book these earbuds starting today (January 15) from Samsung's exclusive stores and retail stores, along with samsung.com and other online portals.

With the Buds Pro, you get two-way speakers - a 11mm woofer and a 6.5mm tweeter, with three microphones and a voice pickup unit. Samsung also says that the device comes with a Wind Shield for when you're outside in breezy locations and don't want it messing with your music.

Being the flagship earbuds, these are claimed to run for 28 hours (with ANC off) compared to the Buds Plus's 22-hour battery life. This drops down to 18 hours with ANC on at all times. Samsung claims a five-minute charge will get you one hour of playtime. The earbuds have a 61mAh battery capacity, while the case holds 472mAh on a charge.

The Galaxy Buds Pro comes with active noise cancellation which filters 99% of outside noise, along with a 3D audio mode, which is the counterpart of Apple AirPods' Spatial Audio. With IPx7 rating, the Galaxy Buds Pro supports Bluetooth 5.0 and SBC and AAC. It comes in Phantom Black, Phantom Violet and Phantom Silver colours.
