Free Fire OB30 update: Garena has released the latest version of its Free Fire battle royale game for Android and iOS devices, adding new features and changes to the popular multiplayer game. The game is now available for gamers to play, as soon as they download the Garena Free Fire app from the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, after a maintenance window that ended at 6:30 PM on Tuesday. Gamers will be able to take advantage of all the features on the latest Free Fire update right away.

Last month, Garena introduced the Free Fire OB29 update that introduced a couple of new characters, a new Ninja Tiger pet, a new craftland mode and a new AC80 rifle that was added to the game. As part of Tuesday's Garena Free Fire OB30 update, the company has introduced changes to the game that will bring more balanced gameplay by adjusting the values of some characters. As part of the Free Fire OB30 update, a new 6 vs 6 clash squad mode has been added which means that players can use a new environment to battle their friends with private rooms. Clock Tower and Mars Electric maps have been made more balanced, with a new spawn area and play zone. Meanwhile, characters like Wukong, Shirou, Chrono and Andrew have had their character values adjusted. The Free Fire Clash Squad season 9 has also officially started meaning players can win a Golden M4A1 once the season challenges are completed.

The Garena Free Fire OB30 update has also added the Treatment Sniper to the game, which will be useful to attack enemies in battle royale mode, while healing teammates, while gamers can also attach new upgrades Vest HP Booster and Vest Thickener to upgrade their armour in the game. Some devices will also gain a new replay system that will allow them to save a replay using the record button after Free Fire download has happened. All the changes will be available on the Garena Free Fire app, but first, the update has to be downloaded from Play Store or App Store.
