Dell launches Latitude, Precision, OptiPlex commercial PCs in India

Dell has launched a total of ten PC models in India as a part of new commercial PC lineup.

Dell on Thursday launched new commercial personal commuters in India. The company announced ten new commercial PCs in the country, which are a part of its Latitude, Precision and OptiPlex series.

Dell's newly announced lineup of Latitude PCs includes a total of six models. While Latitude 7320 starts at 85,000, Latitude 7410 Chromebook starts at 94,500, Latitude 7420 starts at 90,000, Latitude 9420 starts at 1,36,000, Latitude 9520 starts at 1,45,000, and the Latitude 5320 starts at 77,500 in India.

On the other hand, the OptiPlex lineup includes three models. The OptiPlex 7090 Ultra starts at 47,500, while the OptiPlex 3090 Ultra starts at 43,000 and OptiPlex 5090 starts at 46,500. The Precision model includes a single model, Precision 3560, which starts at 74,500 in India.

As far as the details are concerned, the Latitude 9420 is powered by 11th Gen Intel Core vPro processors based on Intel's Evo platform. It has WiFi 6E and 5G LTE for connectivity. Dell says that it features support for ExpressSign-in 2.0 enabled by Intel Visual Sensing technology for a faster and more reliable auto-wake and lock.

Similarly, the Latitude 9520 features a 15-inch InfinityEdge screen, which the company says provides the maximum working area in a small 14-inch laptop. It has PC proximity sensor enabled by Intel Context Sensing Technology that detects a user's presence to instantly wake and log in via the IR camera and Windows Hello.

The Latitude 7320, on the other hand, comes with a 13-inch detachable display. It has a 5MP front-facing camera. Additionally, it features ComfortView Plus low blue light solution, which the company says eases eye strain and fatigue delivering the most comfortable viewing experience. It also features Temporal Noise Reduction (TNR) technology that offers sharper visuals in video calls.

The Latitude 7420, on the other hand, features a 14-inch 4K UHD display that is available in both clamshell and 2-in-1 form factors. The Latitude 7410 Chromebook Enterprise comes with a 4K panel with Low Blue Light technology. Dell claims that it offers the ‘longest battery life on a premium Chromebook.'

As far as the Precision series PC is concerned, Precision 3560 Mobile Workstation features 100% sRGB, 400nit display with ComfortView Plus and Dell's exclusive PremierColor software. It offers a mobile platform for 2D and entry 3D CAD and reporting and data analysis. Dell says that it is designed for professionals across manufacturing, engineering, education and financial industries.

Coming to the OptiPlex series, the Dell OptiPlex 7090 Ultra and the cost-effective OptiPlex 3090 Ultra feature support for up to four 4K monitors at once. Lastly, the OptiPlex 5090. It comes in three form factors – Tower, Small Form Factor and Micro. It features the NVIDIA 1660 Super and AMD graphics. It is powered by the 11th-gen Intel up to Core i7 processors. It also has Intel Gen 12 graphics.
