All you need to know about Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra’s S Pen
Samsung will launch the Galaxy S21 series on January 14.
Samsung will unveil its next-generation Galaxy S21 Ultra smartphone alongside the Galaxy S21 and the Galaxy S21+ smartphones on January 14. One of the key features that differentiate the Galaxy S21 Ultra from other phones in the series is the support for Samsung's S Pen stylus. While many reports in the past have talked about this feature, few have shed light on how it will work. Now, a new report does exactly that.
German blog Win Future has given us the first glimpse of the S Pen stylus that will accompany the Galaxy S21 Ultra smartphone. It has also talked about its price and design aspects.
For starters, the report by the publication says that the S Pen that will be shipped alongside the Galaxy S21 Ultra smartphone will come with a pressure-sensitive tip but it won't have the same mechanism at the top as it is on the stylus for the Galaxy Note series. Users will still be able to scroll through pages, start/stop a video and take photos without using the top clickable button. The report says that users will also be able to save their desired S Pen settings as favourites using the Samsung Notes app.
That said, the Galaxy S21 Ultra will not come with in-built storage space for the S-Pen stylus as has been the case with Galaxy Note series up until now. Instead, it will feature a plastic cover and a flip cover with additional storage space for the stylus.
As far as the pricing is concerned, the S Pen stylus is expected to be priced at 40 Euros ( ₹3,590 approximately). Samsung hasn't confirmed details about its S Pen stylus. We will get more details about the phone and S Pen when the phone launches next week.
