Google's Pixel smartphones have been hit by a new bug. And this one affects the phone's Daylight Time Saving feature.

As per a report by 9To5 Google, some Pixel owners reported having an issue wherein their phones did not update when Daylight Saving Time started on Sunday morning. The issue affected all generations of Pixel devices including the Pixel 5, the Pixel 4, the Pixel 4a, the Pixel 3 and thePixel 3a among others. Several Pixel users took to Reddit to report the bug wherein their phones didn't jump from 2AM to 3AM.

In some cases, Pixel phone users witnessed Google's Clock app getting the ‘Automatic home clock'. This happens when a user is travelling in an area where the time is different from the time in their home area.

The bug, as per the report, affected a small percentage of Pixel users in the US and in Canada. So, if you are living in any other part of the world, the bug probably won't affect you. In case it is, it can be fixed simply by rebooting the phone. That said, Google hasn't publicly acknowledged the bug yet and it remains to be seen if the company would.
