HTC Wildfire E Lite is coming soon but with old screen design

HTC is going to soon launch Wildfire E Lite, a new entry-level smartphone. Here is what the phone looks like.

HTC is working on a new entry-level smartphone. Dubbed as HTC Wildfire E Lite, the phone is expected to launch very soon. Ahead of the official launch, the first image of the phone has leaked online.

Posted by leakster Evan Blass (@evleaks), HTC Wildfire E Lite is seen sporting dated screen design with thick bezels on the top and bottom. The back panel houses as many as two rear cameras with an LED flash. There is also a fingerprint sensor followed by HTC branding. The left side of the phone is likely to have SIM and microSD slot. Volume and power buttons are placed on the right edge.

According to reports, HTC Wildfire E Lite will launch with an 18:9 display with HD+ display. The dual-camera setup on the back will house 13-megapixel and 2-megapixel sensors. The phone is said to run on a MediaTek Helio A20 processor coupled with 2GB of RAM. It also has Android 10.

The new HTC phone is going to be a cheaper version of the HTC Wildfire E which is available in select markets. The phone comes with a 5.45-inch HD+ display and 18:9 aspect ratio. It runs on octa-core 1.6Hz processor coupled with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of ROM.

HTC Wildfire E has 13-megapixel and 2-megapixel dual main camera with beauty and bokeh modes. It has a 5-megapixel selfie camera. The phone is powered by a 3,000mAh battery. Other features include a rear fingerprint sensor and face recognition.
