Poco has just launched its new gaming phone, the Poco F3 GT in India. This phone has plenty in common with the Xiaomi Redmi K40 Gaming Edition along with some additional features. The Poco F3 GT comes with a MediaTek chip, physical pop-up Maglev triggers, a Turbo AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and 480Hz touch sampling rate. This phone is also being launched with a reverse pricing where the prices are going to go up every week for a short period of time. Poco F3 GT specs and features

The Poco F3 GT comes with a 6.67-inch Turbo AMOLED display that has a 120Hz refresh rate and a 480Hz touch sampling rate. It is an HDR10+ certified display and features 100% DCO-P3 colour gamuts. The Poco F3 GT comes with dual stereo speakers and a triple mic setup where the third mic is embedded in the middle of the left side of the device.

The Poco F3 GT comes with a Slipstream Design and anti-fingerprint matte finish and weighs 8.3mm. For improved ergonomics, the device features concave and flat beveling and it comes with an RGB camera accent, lightning flash and protection of double-sided Corning Gorilla Glass 5.

One of the most interesting features of the Poco F3 GT is the Maglev mechanical triggers that pop up when required. Poco says that the triggers have been tested for 1.5 million presses and are fine-tuned with magnetodynamic construction to ensure zero accidental touches. The Poco F3 GT also comes with premium X shockers that can decode upto 200 different vibrations effects.

The smartphone comes with a 5,065 mAh battery and a 67W fast charger. It has an IP53 rating to protect it from accidental splashes and for security, there is a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.

The Poco F3 GT comes with a triple camera setup, consisting of a 64MP primary camera with f/1.65 aperture, 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera with a FOV of 119-degree, 2MP macro camera and 16MP selfie camera. The primary camera comes with the industry-first ED ultra-low dispersion optical glass lens. The ED ultra-low dispersion optical glass lens is basically a 1G+5P Glass-Plastic hybrid lens technology. There is also a pulsating ambient light on the device that can light up in different colours and act as a notification indicator for multiple applications.

Powering it all is a 6nm Dimensity 1200 chipset. The Poco F3 GT runs on one ultra-core with Cortex-A78 core at 3.0 GHz, three super-cores with Arm Cortex-A78 at 2.6GHz, and four efficiency cores with Arm Cortex-A55 at 2GHz. The smartphone comes with a vapour cooling chamber that has 8-layered graphite sheets for faster heat dissipation.

Poco F3 GT price and availability in India

The Poco F3 GT has been launched in two colours - Gunmetal Silver and Predator Black. It is going to be available in three variants - a 6GB/128GB, an 8GB/128GB, and an 8GB/256GB. The smartphone is going to be available on Flipkart and comes with a customised case that accommodates the Maglev triggers.

Poco has a ‘Mad Reverse Pricing' offer on the Poco F3 GT. Starting from July 26, the smartphone is going to be available at three different prices that will go up by ₹500 every week for three weeks. Here's how it is going to go:
