Poco is set to launch its new smartphone in India. Dubbed as Poco M2 Pro, the smartphone will be unveiled at 12noon later today. Just like the recent launches, the company will host a virtual event to showcase the phone.

Poco M2 Pro is going to be the third phone in India from Poco. The company, now an independent brand of Xiaomi, had debuted in 2018 with Poco F1. It made a comeback earlier this year with Poco X2. The company has also launched a premium Poco F2 in Europe. The upcoming Poco M2 Pro is going to be targeted at the budget segment.

Ahead of the official launch, Poco India GM C Manmohan has already confirmed the phone will be priced lower than the starting price of Poco X2. Poco M2 Pro is also confirmed to be available online via Flipkart.

Other confirmed specifications and features of the phone include a quad-rear camera setup and 33W fast charging speed. According to rumours, the phone will run on Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G processor coupled with 6GB of RAM. There could be other RAM and storage combinations as well.
