Poco M3 India launch date announced

Poco has announced the India launch date for its smartphone ‘Poco M3'. The smartphone made its debut back in November. It's a budget phone with specifications such as a full HD+ display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 processor, and a 6,000mAh battery.

Poco M3 will launch in India on February 2. The smartphone will be available exclusively via Flipkart. Poco M3's global pricing for the base model is $149 ( ₹11,00 approx) and $169 ( ₹12,500 approx) for the top-end model. Poco will most likely price it around the same in India.

In terms of specs, Poco M3 features a 6.53-inch full HD+ display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 layered on top. The smartphone is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 662 processor paired with 4GB of RAM and two storage options of 64GB and 128GB. It comes in three colour options of blue, yellow, and black.

There's a triple camera setup on the Poco M3 featuring a 48-megapixel primary sensor, a 2-megapixel macro sensor, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. It also has an 8-megapixel front camera for selfies.

Poco M3 is backed by a 6,000mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging. The phone ships with a 22.5W fast charger in-the-box. On the software front, it runs MIUI 12 for Poco, based on Android 10.

More features of the Poco M3 include Widevine L1 certification, Hi-Res Audio certification, and expandable storage up to 512GB. The smartphone also has a 3.5mm headphone jack, FM radio and a USB Type-C port.
