Poco X3 GT might launch soon, gets SIRIM certification

The Poco X3 GT is gradually moving towards its global launch and with the recently received SIRIM certification, it might happen soon.

While the SIRIM Malaysia listing does not reveal much about the Poco X3 GT specifications, we already know the specs on the Redmi Note 10 Pro that's available in China already. (Gadgets360)

Poco X3 GT, the rebranded version of the Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G (the Chinese varaint), is expected to launch globally soon. The Poco X3 GT was initially spotted in the MIUI camera code alongside other Xiaomi smartphones, as 91Mobiles reports. The Poco X3 GT moniker has now been confirmed thanks to the Indonesia Telecom authority and it was also spotted on TKDN as well. The Poco X3 GT has also received SIRIM Malaysia certification with model number 21061110AG, as spotted by MySmartPrice.

While the SIRIM Malaysia listing does not reveal much about the Poco X3 GT specifications, we already know the specs on the Redmi Note 10 Pro that's available in China already. Based on that, the Poco X3 GT is expected to come with a 6.6-inch LCD display, a 5,000mAh battery, the MediaTek Dimensity 1100 SoC under the hood, and more.  

Poco X3 GT detailed specs 

Since Poco X3 GT is the rebranded Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G, there is a 6.6-inch FHD+ LCD display with 120Hz refresh rate and a 240Hz touch sampling rate. The screen comes with 1100 nits brightness and a Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection. The Poco X3 GT is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1100 SoC paired with up to 8GB LPDDR4x RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 internal storage, which can be further expanded with a microSD card. The Poco X3 GT should run Android 11-based MIUI 12 custom skin out-of-the-box and comes with a 5,000mAh battery with 67W fast charge support. 

The Poco X3 GT should come with three cameras on the back including a 64MO primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide sensor, and a 2MP macro lens. On the front, there is a 16MP camera for selfies. There is also a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security, VC Liquid Cold Cooling, and JBL-powered dual stereo speakers. 

The Poco X3 GT measures 163.3 X 75.9 X 8.9mm and weighs 193 grams. Connectivity features on the smartphone include 5G, 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, NFC, and a USB Type-C port.

We know the price of the Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G, so one can assume that the Poco X3 GT might be priced similarly. The Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G price in China starts at RMB 1,599 ( ₹18,200 approx) for the 6GB/128GB variant, RMB 1,799 ( ₹20,500 approx) for the 8GB/128GB variant, and RMB 1,999 ( ₹22,800 approx) for the 8GB/256GB variant. The global prices of the Poco X3 GT might be a little higher, if not a little less.
