Realme 8 spotted on Geekbench ahead of the official launch
The handset is said to come with a MediaTek chip, up to 8GB of RAM, and Android 10 out-of-the-box.
Realme Race is not the only smartphone Realme is working on. According to reports, the company will soon introduce Realme 8. Even though there is no official word on the phone yet, an unreleased RMX3092, believed to be one of the Realme 8 variants, has appeared on Geekbench benchmarking website.
The listing reveals Realme 8 will come with MediaTek Dimensity 720 processor coupled with 8GB of RAM. It further reveals the phone has Android 10 OS out-of-the-box. As far as benchmark scores go, the phone got 2874 points on single-core test and 8088 points multi-core test.

That said, it is not the first time Realme 8 has leaked online. Just recently, the phone was spotted on the 3C certification website. The listing revealed the phone comes with a 65W fast charger. There is another RMX3093 model, which is also going to come with a 65W fast charger, reports Gizmochina. The report further points out that RMX3092 has also been spotted on India's BIS certification. The listing suggests the phone will also be available in markets outside China.

As said earlier, Realme will soon launch Realme Race. The handset is already confirmed to come with Qualcomm's Snapdragon 888 processor. Just today we reported about a set of leaked live images of the upcoming flagship phone. The leak reveals the phone has a triple-rear camera setup with a 64-megapixel primary camera sensor. Apart from 888 SoC, Realme Race aka Realme Koi has a 4,000mAh battery coupled with 125W UltraDart fast charging. The technology is said to deliver up to 41% of charge in 5 minutes and 100% in just 20 minutes.
Just like the Realme Race, there is no word on when the Realme 8 launch in China or anywhere else. Some have speculated both the phones could arrive early next year.
