Realme GT Neo is coming soon with MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC

Realme GT Neo will sport MediaTek’s latest 6nm chip, Dimensity 1200 SoC.

After launching Realme GT, Realme is gearing up to launch a new variant with a MediaTek processor. The smartphone will launch as Realme GT Neo. According to Realme VP Chase Xu, the phone will offer a fast experience to users, reports Gadgets360.

The upcoming Realme GT Neo will sport a MediaTek Dimensity 1200 processor. More details about the phone such as specifications, release date and price points are not known yet.

As far as MediaTek Dimensity 1200 chip goes, the processor had debuted in January. Realme had then said it would launch flagship phones with the chip this year. The processor is based on the 6nm process. It comes with support for 5G carrier aggregation (2CC) across frequency division duplex (FDD) and time division duplex (TDD), dynamic spectrum sharing (DSS), True Dual SIM 5G (5G SA + 5G SA) and Voice over New Radio (VoNR).

The latest flagship phone comes with the latest generation of processing platform - Qualcomm Snapdragon 888. It sports a 6.43-inch 120Hz Super AMOLED gaming screen with a 360Hz sampling rate. A 4,500mAh battery powers the phone.

The phone comes with a triple rear camera setup. The configuration includes a 64-megapixel primary sensor, 8-megapixel wide-angle lens, and 2-megapixel lens. There is a 16-megapixel front-facing camera.

Connectivity options on the phone are Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, Wi-Fi 6, 3.5mm headphone jack, and USB Type-C support. Other features of the phone are Dolby Atmos, Hi-Res Audio, and an in-display fingerprint reader.
