Realme Q2 series to launch on Oct 13, here's what to expect
Realme Q2 and Q2 Pro smartphones will feature a leather back, and quad rear cameras.
Realme has confirmed the launch of its new smartphone series. Realme Q2 will launch on October 13, and the new smartphones will debut in China. The new smartphone series will feature Realme Q2 and Q2 Pro.
Realme hasn't revealed much details about its upcoming smartphones yet. It has shown off the phone's design and confirmed the Realme Q2 will sport a leather design. ‘Dare To Leap' is also engraved at the back of the phone. There's a quad-camera setup on the Realme Q2 out of which the primary sensor will be a 64-megapixel camera.
The new Realme Q2 smartphones are also expected to launch with Realme UI 2.0 based on Android 11. There isn't anything else known about the Realme Q2 series yet but a recent leak suggested some specs for the Realme Q2. According to this leak, Realme Q2 is expected to feature a 6.43-inch Full HD+ display with an in-screen fingerprint sensor.

The smartphone could be powered by a 2.4GHz octa-core processor paired with 6GB of RAM. Realme Q2 is also said to come with 65W fast charging support. The other three sensors at the back could be a combination of 8-megapixel + 2-megapixel + 2-megapixel. For selfies, the smartphone is said to house a 16-megapixel front camera.
As for the Realme Q2 Pro, this smartphone is rumoured to come with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of onboard storage. Realme's Q2 series is also expected to be a rebranded version of the Realme 7 Pro smartphones. We'll get to know in a few days whether that's true or not.
