Realme working on a Snapdragon 768G-based phone, could be repackaged Oppo K9 5G
The rumoured Realme RMX3142 will also come with 5G support, 8GB of RAM, and Android 11.
According to new leaks, Realme's one of the next phones could be a repackaged Oppo K9 5G. An unreleased Realme phone with model number RMX3142 has been spotted on Geekbench. The listing hints the phone could come with Snapdragon 768G processor.
The listing also hints at the availability of Qualcomm's Snapdragon 768 processor. As far benchmark scores go, Realme RMX3142 bagged 3224 single-core points and 71216 multi-core tests. Other expected features are 5G support, 8GB of RAM, and Android 11.
According to older leaks, the RMX3142 will have a 6.43-inch S-AMOLED display with full HD+ resolution. On the back, it houses a three-cameras. It will be comprised of a 64-megapixel + 8-megapixel + 2-megapixel sensors. On the front, it houses a 32-megapixel selfie camera.

Apart from Snapdragon 768 SoC, the upcoming Realme phone will have multiple RAM and storage variants – 128GB and 256GB. There will also be 6GB/8GB/12GB of RAM options.
As far as Oppo K9 5G goes, the handset had launched earlier this month. The phone has a 6.43-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution, 90Hz refresh rate, 144Hz touch sampling rate, and 20:9 aspect ratio. The phone also houses an in-screen fingerprint reader.
For performance, Oppo K9 5G banks on Qualcomm's Snapdragon 768 processor. The phone features 8GB of RAM (LPDDR4x) and up to 256GB of built-in storage. On the software front, it has Android 11-based ColorOS 11.1. It packs a 4,300mAh battery with 65W fast charging support. The company claims the phone can get fully charged in 35 minutes with the fast charger.
It comes with a 32-megapixel selfie camera. On the back, it features a quad-camera setup that consists of a 64-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel ultrawide sensor with a 119-degree field of view, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor.
