Realme is working on a couple of special editions of its X7 Pro handset. One of the special editions will launch as Realme X7 Pro Extreme Edition. According to a new leak, the phone will come with a curved edge S-AMOLED display. The original version has a flat S-AMOLED display.

The leak further says the Extreme Edition of Realme X7 Pro will come with MediaTek's Dimensity 1000+ processor. It will also house a 32-megapixel front-facing camera. On the back, it will have a 64-megapixel primary sensor. The phone will also come with a slimmer profile with a 7.8mm thickness. It will also house a 4,500mAh battery.

That said, leaked specifications do not look very different from what the original version offers. Realme X7 Pro 5G had launched in India last month alongside the X7 5G. The handset comes with a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate.

Featuring MediaTek's Dimensity 1000+ processor, the phone has a quad-camera setup that consists of a 64-megapixel wide-angle primary camera along with a 2-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera with 119 degrees FoV, 2-megapixel black and white portrait camera and a 2-megapixel macro lens. There is also a 32-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies.

It also ships with a 4,500mAh battery that supports 65W SuperDart fast charging technology. On the software front, Realme X7 Pro 5G has Android 10-based Realme UI and is also scheduled to get Realme UI 2.0.

Separately, Realme is also working on a new version of its Realme GT. Dubbed as Realme GT Neo, the phone will launch on March 30. The phone is also confirmed to come with MediaTek's Dimensity 1200 processor. According to reports, the phone will have a 6.5-inch display, a 4400mAh battery, and Android 11 out-of-the-box.
