Poco M2 to Infinix Note 7, smartphones launching in India this month
After the launch of three new phones in India, there are three more confirmed so far this month. The list includes Samsung's Galaxy M51, Poco M2 and Infinix Note 7.
The start of the month saw three smartphone launches in India in the first week itself. Xiaomi launched the Redmi 9A, Oppo launched its F17 Pro smartphone and the Tecno Spark Go 2020 also made its debut. There are more smartphone launches planned for the rest of the month.
Starting today, the Poco X3 will make its debut in a global launch. Just a day later on September 8, Poco will launch its budget phone ‘M2' in India. On September 10, Samsung will unveil its 7,000mAh battery phone, Galaxy M51. Infinix is also scheduled to launch its Note 7 smartphone in India on September 16.
Here's a look at all the smartphone launches taking place in India this month.
Poco M2 is confirmed to feature a Full HD+ display, and sport a quad-camera setup at the rear. It will also pack 6GB of RAM and a 5,000mAh battery. Poco says the phone can last for two days straight. The smartphone will have a water drop-like notch on top, and one of the colour options would be blue. Poco M2 is scheduled to launch in India on September 8.
Samsung Galaxy M51
Samsung Galaxy M51 will be its first phone with a massive 7,000mAh battery. The smartphone will also come with support for 25W fast charging. It will be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 730G processor. Samsung has also revealed the Galaxy M51 will feature a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display. It will have a quad-camera setup with a 64-megapixel primary sensor. Galaxy M51 will launch in India on September 10.
Infinix Note 7
Infinix is set to launch its Note 7 smartphone in India on September 16. The smartphone made its debut back in April. Infinix Note 7 comes with a 6.95-inch HD+ display, MediaTek Helio G70 processor, 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. It has four rear cameras with a 48-megapixel primary sensor. Infinix Note 7 also packs a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support.
