The full spec sheet and images of the Galaxy S21 series are out just hours before the launch.

Samsung's Galaxy S21 launch is only a few hours away but the entire lineup's specifications and images have been leaked. The full spec sheet of the Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21+ and Galaxy S21 Ultra has been revealed by Evan Blass on Twitter. Now only the pricing and availability details of the Galaxy S21 series are left to be revealed at tonight's Unpacked event.

All three Galaxy S21 smartphones are powered by the new Exynos 2100 5nm chipset, have support for 5G, AKG stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos and IP68 rating for dust and water resistance. The Galaxy S21 series also features an Infinity-O WQHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with 120Hz refresh rate and Gorilla Glass Victus protection.

Let's go into detail starting with the Galaxy S21 Ultra, the most premium offering in the series. Galaxy S21 Ultra has a 6.8-inch display with a metal frame. It also comes with S Pen support which is tucked in a special case for the phone. Galaxy S21 Ultra will be offered with 12GB and 16GB of RAM and storage options of 128GB, 256GB and 512GB.

Galaxy S21 Ultra also offers the best cameras in the series with a 12-megapixel ultra wide angle lens, 108-megapixel wide angle lens, 10-megapixel telephoto lens and 10-megapixel telephoto lens. It has a 40-megapixel front camera. The smartphone also has this feature that lets you use both the front and rear cameras to shoot videos at once.

Galaxy S21 Ultra has a 5,000mAh battery with support for 25W fast charging, 15W wireless charging, wireless powershare. The same charging speeds are available on the Galaxy S21 and Galaxy S21+ as well. Colour options listed for the Galaxy S21 Ultra include Phantom Black and Phantom Silver. Samsung will offer custom colours for the phone as well with options of gray, brown and dark blue.

Galaxy S21+, the mid-tier flagship, has a 6.7-inch display, 4,800mAh battery and 8GB of RAM. Its storage options include 128GB and 256GB. It has the same camera specifications as the Galaxy S21 featuring a 12-megapixel ultra wide, 12-megapixel wide and 64-megapixel telephoto lens, and a 10-megapixel front camera. Colour options for the Galaxy S21+ include Phantom Violet, Phantom Silver, Phantom Black. This one too will have custom colours including red and pink.

Galaxy S21 has the smallest 6.2-inch display in the series. It also differs from the other two with a Glasstic frame instead of a metal frame. The smartphone has been listed with the same storage options as the Galaxy S21+. It will, however, feature a slightly smaller 4,000mAh battery. Samsung will launch the Galaxy S21 in Phantom White, Phantom Grey, Phantom Pink, and Phantom Violet.
